According to the Chicago Sun Times, Patti Blagojevich’s charity she was playing for on NBC’s “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here”, has told her to keep her money.  The charity, Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation is affiliated with Children’s Memorial Hospital, the very hospital the ex-Governor was trying to shake down for some campaign cash before releasing a state grant for a million or so dollars.

I think it’s everyone’s mission in this state today to make sure that Patti goes home tonight.  As much as we’d like to see her eat another plate of tarantula’s, I think the only way she should be allowed to stay is if she had a plate of her husband’s crap in front of her and she had to down it with a smile, like we the taxpayers of the State of Illinois have had to do for the last 6 years while spoon fed us bullsh*t so he could take care of his special interest groups like the ICIRR, and organization who for the last 6 years, mobilized Hispanics to vote for Blago.  The reward for their help, was a state grant with millions of dollars a year.

The NBC Series “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here!” started tonight and without any ado, just like her husband, Patti Blagojevich steals the show in true ‘Rod’ fashion.

As they were walking across a stream, Patti apparently fell and went for a ride (much like her husband took us all on). Trying to cling to low hanging branches, Patti Blagodope survived so that she, in the true showmanship of her husband, ousted Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, could recite word for word, the very lines that we’ve been hearing come out of Rod’s mouth for the last 6 months.

When asked by The Hill’s, Spencer Platt, why her husband was facing jail time, we heard the all too familiar lines of how wonderful Rod Blagojevich is.

Her reply, after thinking about the obvious words of advise from her husband’s attorney, “NO MATTER WHAT, STICK TO THE SCRIPT!!!”, she actually muttered word for word, the mantra of  “how he gave health-care to all children in Illinois, and making sure that all children have preschool” OH PLEASE!!!!  Then Spencer Pratt, in his true Hollywood liberal self declared that when he met Rod, HE WOULD HAVE VOTED FOR HIM TO BE PRESIDENT!”  Oh My God.  Who would have guessed that?

Rod Blagodope wanted his dog and pony show, but he wanted to star in it. Unfortunately, a Federal judge did’nt see things the same way he did and said no to him being on the show.  Instead, he’s trusting BLEEPING PATTI, to do the job he wasn’t allowed to do.  What’s eating a tarantula, and some monkey poop if she can help pay the legal bill for her  hero, Testicular Virility Man!  She knows when it’s all said and done, he’s going to jail and she’s going to left holding the BLEEPING bag!

Oh yeah…..NBC in their apparent rush to get the show aired, forgot to change the website for the “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here!”.  When going through the profiles for the contestants, it still shows Rod in his trademark bullsh*t grin on his face.

Barack Obama. Born supposedly in the United States, (although that question still seems to be up in the air).  I mean, come on…..if you get elected and can’t keep your real birth certificate in an underground safe never to be seen by human eyes again, (at least for the next 4 years), how effective of a President would you had made anyway???

We saw a lot of great speeches on his bumpy road to the white house. The man could sell ice to an Eskimo and isn’t that what being a politician is all about? Justifying why you’re screwing the very people who put you in office?

What the country has seen since his historic (cough!) inauguration is simply a taste of what we here in Illinois, have been dealing with since the beginning of time. The problem now though, is that we talking the “President”, and anyone who he will manage to yank out of his toilet of Chicago candidates, will inevitably come out of that toilet a little stinky.
I mean……they’re Democratic Politicians. Their motto is “It’s only against the law, if you get caught”. Look at the first cabinet picks he’s made. It’s apparent that politicians don’t like to pay their taxes, and it’s also apparent that the IRS lets them get away with that practice too. In my world, as an ordinary tax-paying citizen of the United States of America, if I don’t pay my taxes, I get threatening letters from the IRS saying they’re going to freeze my assets and take my home away if I don’t “pay up”. I guess I should become a politician.

Back to Bumbling Barack. Look at the decisions he’s made in his first month (not even), in office. Every one of them has been flawed, yet we’re to believe he’s going to walk across the waters of this financial crisis and pull each and every one of us to safety? When the ship is going down (and we’ve got a major hole in the hull, Martha!), he’s going pass out life vests to those he (or the “Party”) believes, should have em.

That’s what’s happening with the new stimulus bill. The largest spending package this country has ever seen and who’s getting it? The people who put this country in crisis in the first place. Doesn’t that make sense? It’s like sending a box of Bic Clicks to a pyromaniac who’s now working in a gas station. This stimulus plan will fail on a grand level and then we’ll hear more excuses out of Mr. Obama, just as we did here in Illinois during his entire tenure as a Jr. Senator. He did nothing while he was here but the media wasn’t concerned about that. He was the first (half) black candidate for President of the United States of America and let me tell you…..political parties will kill to be in that position. Those who put a minority in the Presidency first, will make history.

But let’s talk about history for a minute. Let’s talk about President Obama’s history. He became a U.S. Senator in Illinois in 2004 and the first thing he did was dispel rumors of him immediately beginning to run for President.

His exact words were:

“I will not be seeking the office of the President of the United States”.

He then proceeded to help (then Governor) Rod Blagojevich, bankrupt the State of Illinois backing healthcare initiatives for illegal aliens with programs that everyone KNEW we didn’t have the money for, but they passed the legislation anyway because hey…it looked good in the headlines, until you read the whole story. Sound familiar?

Then, when the Democratic party saw his unbelievable ability to sell snowballs to a snowman, they had to seize the opportunity. Barack Obama, months after telling the people of Illinois who he promised “CHANGE” to in state government at the state and local level, then went missing in action for us and left state business to the severely inept, Senior Senator Dick Durbin.

The man did absolutely nothing for Illinois after promising us the world. Now we’re seeing a reenactment of that audacity of lies, but on a national level. The man who merely had to talk smoothly to his way to a state senate seat, is now the President of the United States of America and doing what he did here in Illinois, only now, on a much larger scale.

Nobody wants to talk about his past though. When asked about it, you get the standard “It’s time to move on and talk about TOMORROW” is what they say. But to understand tomorrow, you MUST have an understanding of what happened yesterday, and the day before and understand the mistakes that were made so they’re not repeated.

Barack Obama doesn’t understand this. Like a race horse with blinders on, he ran the bet he could and now that he’s won, he’s counting on others in the Democratic Party to lead him around on a leash.  He has made history already by being elected as the first (half) black President in this country’s history, yet when he campaigned for his Senate seat, the emphasis was more on his white mother. What makes him more “black”, than “white”? Why is he not just….. another President?

Look at the decisions this man has made in his life on the way to the top. Try and count the number of people Barack Obama has thrown under his ride while seemingly on automatic pilot.

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Here’s a guy who’s been preaching racist, anti-American rhetoric for YEARS, but after years of attending services there, suddenly he became “not the rev” for the Obama’s. Boom…..out the door and under the bus he went with the mouthy, black wanna-be Rev. Michael Pfleger following shortly afterwards!

The little Obama girls were crying because the ride to the White House was getting SO bumpy. They asked the driver to slow down, but their mother and father just laughed as they tossed long-time friends underneath their Obama-mobile, one after another, because every one they made it over successfully without the media concentrating on them too much, just gave them more momentum.

Many people followed in becoming speed-bumps but it didn’t deter the nation from being woo’d from the sound of his voice and those oh so powerful words of “CHANGE”!

Well…what’s changed? He’s continued to make bad decision after bad decision. Most of the people he picked for cabinet positions are IRS Dead-beats! They’re pissed because the only REASON they got caught not paying their taxes, was because Obama “tapped” them!! LOL! Until then, they were flying under the radar of the law. If that were you or me doing what they did, we’d be in jail for tax-fraud but once again we know, politicians don’t have to abide by the same laws us ordinary people do, do they.  Look at Ted Kennedy.

Now we’re all waiting until the day the U.S. Attorney Fitzgerald announces that everyone from Barack to Burris, to Blago and a host of others were involved in the sale of Obama’s Senate Seat.

I mean, come on….how stupid are we suppose to be to believe that the question of who would fill his seat, NEVER came up BEFORE he was elected??  LOL

You can only write about stupidity like this, for so long. After his miserable appearance on Letterman last night, I think it’s clear that we’re all thinking the same thing.

The one thing that did amaze me though, was during his usually well prepared schpeel importing drugs and stuff from Canada, when “naming” people like he did in his Impeachment trial, the one name that didn’t surface at ALL on Letterman, was Presidential advisor Rahm Emanual. In the Impeachment closing speech he did, he couldn’t mention Rahm’s name ENOUGH! Last night….it was suspiciously vacant from his script. You have to wonder why.

You have to wonder what it’s like in the mind of Rod right now.  Going from the talk show circuit, to being just another dirt-bag ex politician who has no chance of a future, whatsoever.

SO…..we had a vision this morning about life in the house of Rod in the not so distant future and figure it’s going to be going something like this…

Patti: I don’t give a (BLEEP), I have to go sit in that (bleeping) rental center and listen to people tell me “how they just can’t fit all that stuff in their garage anymore so they had to come rent space to put it all!” You know what?  After next week when you finish selling all your (bleeping) Elvis Presley bull(bleep), we’ll be able to start renting space in this (bleeping) place!!!  Get your ass up.

Rod: Aw come on Patti.  Can’t I sleep for just a while longer??

Patti: Just get the (bleep) up and maybe they’ll give you some overtime if you show a little INITIATIVE!! Speaking of (bleeping) INITIATIVES you stupid (BLEEP), remember that stupid (bleeping) “New Americans Initiatives” you signed for those stupid (bleeping) organizations who wanted to legalize illegal aliens??  How many MILLIONS of dollars did you give those (Bleep-holes?) Patti: and a lot of (bleeping) good it’s doing you now, isn’t it!!  (bleeping) Jose’, the head bagger at your Jewel is working less hours and making more than you, you dumb-(bleep), AND HE HAS BENEFITS!  Why don’t you call your good friend Joshua Hoyt at the ICIRR and tell him that you’ve given him MILLIONS of dollars over the last 6 years for NOTHING and now YOU could use a little charity from him!!!

Rod: I already did that.  He said “sorry Rod, you’re not an illegal alien and it’s not our policy to help Americans”

Did he really just use the example of an illegal immigrant mother from Mexico as someone who’s working at the airport and getting state-funded healthcare from Illinois through ALL-KIDS legislation that he spear-headed?  What a moron.

As he jumps in the SUV and heads for O’Hare to jump in the airplane funded by the very tax-payers who want to see him tossed out of that same plane this morning, a lot of things have to be going through his head.  None of which I’ll bet, are “geez…..I really f’d this up.  I shouldn’t have done this at all!!!”

No….instead Blagodope is looking at things from all angles wondering how he got caught and cussing himself out for not closing those loopholes in time.

The people I really truly feel sorry for in all of this is his daughters.
To grow up knowing your dad was nothing but a bag-boy for a Chicago Mayor and had the opportunity of a lifetime by becoming Governor of a state, and failing so miserably, is going to weigh heavy on them as they grow up.

To know what a scum bucket both of their parents are, is going to be even more devastating to them and I wouldn’t doubt it if they’re put in the grandparents custody soon, but then what would happen?  History would repeat itself because Alderman Mel would raise them, just like he raised his daughter Patti, to be a greedy bottom-feeder.  The only difference is, he’ll teach them to always assume someone is recording their conversations so as not to make the same mistakes their miserable excuse parents did.

On that note, I totally expect the governor to walk in today and flip-off each and every legislator with the nasty middle finger as a last act of defiance.  Then he’ll get up there and again try to justify his actions, and why he just wanted to be friends with Oprah Winfrey.  She was of course, according to him, the reason Barack Obama is President of the United States right now.  He may not be far from the truth on that one though but that’s for another blog.

Watching Fox News Chicago this morning (as we do every morning!) we saw Anne Kavanagh standing outside the home of Blago waiting for him to leave hoping to get some last, quick, witty snippet from the Guv, but was disappointed as he just ran to the SUV to now, escape the very media he was sucking on for the last 3 days.  Hah.  Imagine that….disappointed by our “twice elected by the people” Governor Blagodope.  LOL.

Here’s hoping the door doesn’t hit you in the ass on the way out of the state building today Rod, and that OUR (The People of Illinois’) King Air 300 makes it back safely because GOD FORBID you get lucky somehow and escape your criminal prosecution!!!

Illinois Governor Rod "Testicular Virility Man", "Elvis", Blagojevich

There’s been some hysterical interviews during the “Blago Circus Tour” and the one when he was on the ABC’s, The View, was a great one. He dodged bullets like Jackie Chan in Rush Hour and I think he actually had Joy Behar attracted to him (so he thought anyway), right up to the point when she asked him to do his “Nixon impression”.

You can tell for that nano-second from when she asked him to do it, to when he laughed, he actually thought about putting his fingers out making the victory sign with both hands and saying “I am not a crook”, but being the suave, sophisticated, Chicago-bred politician and now Super Hero that he is, he saw into the future and realized that that snippet would be airing on every known media outlet over and over again for the next 6 months.  Instead, Testicular Virility Man stepped in and took control of the situation that was quickly getting out of hand, and got serious……and again made the claim “he did nothing wrong!, and if you can actually put yourself into Blago-mode and “Rod-Think” for a moment, you can believe, that he BELIEVES the lies he’s told, hook line and sinker.  The guy is an idiot.

Fox News Channel’s Glen Beck however, totally had his way with Rod yesterday as well in an interview where at one point, I think the spray from his outburst in laughing in Blago’s face actually hit Blago.  Click here to see that interview and keep in mind that this is only part one, with part 2 airing tonight on Fox News Channel which Glen promised that it gets much better!!!

Meanwhile, now-unemployed wife Patti sits at home running from room to room making sure the children aren’t watching their daddy make a complete and utter ass out of himself on evirtually every network.  You have to ask yourself what kind of enviroment these children are really being raised in?  How “stable” is the House of Blagojevich? Listening to Patti Blago bitch while Rod talked about the Cubs deal kind of told the story I think.  While she’s calm, smiling and almost always holding one of the girls when seen on TV, one has to think the reality in that house is kids in a fenced in room while mom and dad sit on their speakerphones scheming how to make themselves more powerful and get more “green” (and I don’t mean that in an enviromental way, either).  You also have to know too, that they’ve learned from the best Chicago has to offer.   The only question now is, should we feel sorry for any of them???

This entire blog today will be about one thing. The Governor attempting at any cost, to avoid jail time in his criminal convictions soon to come. How will he do that? By having someone find him incompetent to stand trial.

He’s doing a good job. The man is certifiably nuts today. He compared himself to Martin Luther King, Norman Mandella and Mathatma Gandhi. I’m truly surprised however that he hasn’t been making his appearances in his Elvis Presley outfit he bought on eBay.

All Rod Blagojevich wanted to do in life was be an entertainer. He thought he had the stuff. He seemed to walk the walk and talk the talk, but all that time he was apparently making deals under the table wih the people who put him in the position of Governor or Illinois.

In all of this disgrace I think the most dispicable act of this man, was to shake down Children’s Memorial Hospital. THIS is what shows the true Character of Rod Blagojevich. Greed.  It was all about him and what he and his family could get out of it, regardless if it was just a $100,000 state contract, or the jackpot, Barack Obama’s vacant senate seat.

On the flipside of all these atrocities of our Governor, no one is talking about how it got this far in the first place!! This all came as a surprise to everyone?????

I wrote a letter YEARS ago to U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald asking him to look into Blagodope’s doling out of millions of state dollars to an organization called the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights.  I actually received a reply by Mr. Fitzgerald.  An encouraging sign that someone was in fact, paying attention.

When Blagodope started his “New American Initiative”, many big names were standing at his side. Durbin and Shakowski stand out the most, but Luis Gutierrez shined in this deal as well. This organization sought out, and registered possibly thousands of illegal aliens to vote in the past elections.  For their efforts, The ICIRR received $3 Million Dollars per year for the last 4 years? All to register voters (and shove them to the Democrats of course.

ALL-KIDS, was aimed specifically at giving healthcare to illegal aliens’ children in Illinois. Rod wanted these people on his side. This was the fastest growing ethnic group on the rise here in Illinois so it made total sense to him to accomndate them in any way he could.  Promise them anything……at OUR (the legal taxpayer’s) expense!

What better a draw for illegal aliens to come to Illinois could there possibly be? Free healthcare, free education and other state funded assistance to keep them working in their illegal jobs here in the state.

It’s my personal opinion that every executive order Rod Blagojoke signed while in office, immediately be recinded.

Every Charity or 501(c3) organization who’s rules state clearly in the IRS CODE, not be affiliated with political parties, be looked into and treated accordingly.

Every bill that Rod Blagodope has signed into law (Medical Malpractice Limits comes to mind first) also be looked into because the real winners in this bill, were the insurance buddies of the Governor. The “big contributors”. Remember….everything Rod did….he did for him. Not for us.   Ask any doctor if their Malpractive insurance has gone down at all since.

For this guy to go on television with this scripted sitcom he’s come up with is nothing less that a total and utter disgrace to anyone born and raised in Illinois and has now brought it to a new level.

Chicago being a Sanctuary city of illegal aliens while their murder rate climbs to record levels is never questioned.

Daley will never come out and say “Blago is an idiot” because Daley Created Blago and now Blago is out of control.

Weeks ago one of his former aides made a statement to the local media that he (Blago) should really have a psych evaluation. This was the first indicator that he was going to go after an insanity defense and now he has to play it out.

I can hear the conversation with his daughters right now.

“Kids, Daddy is a good man, like Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi and Oprah Winfrey. You know that, right?

Ok….unfortunately because of politics, I have to pretend like I’m a little crazy right now but it’s going to be “funny” crazy, not scary crazy, ok?

Meanwhile…..back in the Combine offices of Daley and Company, they’re trying their hardest to stay neutral. They can’t condemn him without stamping “HYPOCRITE” across their foreheads because they too soon, may be names on a list of people being investigated by U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.

I predict in this episode of Bozo….Blago doesn’t even make it to bucket number 1.

We’re talking about the man who demanded people call him “General” when he was the Attorney General in Illinois.

Burris said today “I am the legally appointed Senator for Illinois!” Unfortunately part of that “legal process” includes being signed off by the Illinois Secretary of State, Jesse White, who refused to do so.

As I sit here watching Roland’s news conference where he introduces himself as “The Junior Senator from Illinois”, I’m suddenly thrown back to the day we sat watching O. J. Simpson moseying down the expressway with tons of squad cars in chase (if you could call it that…). I’m glued to the TV and I don’t know why? Part of me feels sorry for Mr. Burris, part of me feels that this has all been carefully scripted to deflect attention from Blago and his ties to Obama!

This is a train wreck in Illinois that just keeps getting worse with every day that passes. NOTHING GOOD could come of anything that’s happened since Blagodope was removed from his home on December 9.

Now, Roland Burris is heading home with his (“Junior Senator”) tail between his legs and vows to fight this appointment with his attorneys.

This is a “circus” in every sense of the word and an embarrassment to the people of Illinois……again.

For months now we’ve heard about how “costly” it would be to hold a special election to fill the second Illinois Senate seat, even though it’s actually been vacant for over 2 years now.  We’ve seen Daley on TV with his deer in the headlights look saying something stupid like “but that would cost the taxpayers 30-40 million dollars!  No, No….that’s too much money to spend!”  This coming from the man who continues to sink billions of dollars into the O’Hare Expansion Project which is going to fail on levels never before seen in this country .  He’s keeping his buddies working though, and that’s what it’s all about, right?

Then, out of the blue pops Roland Burris who Blagodope knew would take some of the heat off of him for a while.   Burris, standing in front of the cameras as though he just hit bucket number 6 on Bozo’s Circus, sees nothing wrong with this appointment.  Nothing at all.  He’s like the kid who pretends like nothing is wrong with walking right up to the bucket and dropping the ball in the bucket only we’re not talking about giving him a bike, a shiny new silver dollar and a new Crayola pencil set.  We’re talking 1 of 2 Senate seats that will represent the people of Illinois.  Something Barack Obama failed miserably in doing because he was too busy campaigning for the Presidency.

Now we have Rahm Emanuel’s vacant congressional seat that the Governor MUST set a special election date for, under Constitutional law within 5 days, SO, why not make it a double election??
The People in Rahm’s district get to vote for his replacemant AND Obama’s.  The rest of us just pick Obama’s replacement.  Sounds almost too easy, doesn’t it?  It is….but the there’s a terrible four letter word involved here that the Democrats have creeping under their fingernails in Illinois as I type.
That four letter word…….  “   F    E    A    R   “!

Something not normally known to Illinois Democrats but let’s be real here.  This is not getting caught in the men’s room at an airport tapping someone’s foot.  It’s not selling fake Driver’s Licenses and Social Security Cards to illegal aliens.  This is serious and as far as I’m concerned, underminds the integrity of every American in this country and the saddest part about it is that in Illinois…..it’s business as usual.

When the Chicago FBI Field Director Robert Grant said in a news conference “If this isn’t the most corrupt state in the country, it’s real close to it!”  Daley and the rest of the “Machiners” huffed on their finger nails and buffed them on their lapels because they truly and honestly believe, this will end with the prosecution and jailing of Rod Blagodope.  I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if it suddenly encompasses our new President-Elect.

Letting Illinois Governor Rod Blagodope pick the Senate replacement knowing now, what we do, would be like making the now imprisoned ex-Illinois Governor George Ryan a driver’s license examiner for the Secretary of State’s Office.
